When the energy is intense like this (lots of strong astrology transits, and solar flares) i treat myself like a little baby!!!! I get a warm bath, im cooking my favorite grounding comfort food (potato soup!), and next up, halloween movie, preferably one i loved as a kid. Take care of yourself like this.
