You need to go to Development Services department and get a Short Term Rental permit. You then need to report your monthly income in a report online and pay the occupancy tax. If you Do Not do this, the city will shut you down and cut you off with reports to AirBnb. Airbnb will not risk their business for you. And the deal with the city is Airbnb's are subject to the same occupancy tax as hotels per local law
