Hey this isn't the right way to reduce 5kg if you take 1meal so you gonna slow down your metabolism which will cause the weight gain instead loosing weight in the beggining you loose some water and also muscle mass the it will give other health issues and you will lose muscle mass as well which is not good.if you are serious abiut your health and 5kg weight lose.dm me thank you
