Sorry to hear that you are feeling this way. Have you been to see your GP? Please try mindfulness techniques such as taking deep breathes, in through your nose and out through your mouth, trying to be present and identifying 3 things such as what can you see, what can you smell and what can you hear. This can help to alleviate stress and anxiety.
