I explored a bunch of phonics based apps to help my kiddo who is starting to read. Reading.com (also an app) seems to be a fantastic setup “lessons” are guided with a parent/grown up) I love the sliding bars that show short/long sounds (and long vowels once they’re introduced). The games he can play independently between lessons, and adapt to what he’s covered so far I am not affiliated with them in any way, but spent a ton of time exploring different options and loving their program so far
