Autozone tells you how they put customers first, they even make you sit through an 8 hour shift of watching useless videos saying our #1 rule is put customers first yet i ended up being pushed out bc i had " too much customer service" & instead of selling them shit they didnt need, i sold a better fit that cost less or took an extra 2-4 mins to explain how they do something with what they bought instead of them spending more to have a shop do it bc it was pretty simple for them to DIY & save $.
