Not at all! Everyone has different priorities, and sometimes ratings can be misleading - what do you like the most about this one-bedroom?

We moved into our apt and it was 2.5 stars. This was due to previous managment. The management we got when we moved in have been phenomenal and the property itself is really nice all things considered. So just take reviews with a grain of salt. Most Reviews are just an outlet for people to have the little power trip they seek.

How is the rent?

Management reviews are 90% of the time a result of someone who is disgruntled or bitter. Yes there are genuine ones but a lot of them are people who didn’t get their way.

Yes go to Facebook marketplace or other places you might not think has apt’s posted. Rent from someone who owns your apt. So much easier, they price rent how they want so if they like you they don’t up charge to renew. Trust fuck this apt lol

I would look at the reviews. Might be that they got scammed out of their security deposit. Or nickeled and dimed on fees. Overcharged for utilities. But the view is real nice
