Feedback. This is totally common. I negate it by asking at the end of the interview 2 questions: What was it about my application that drew your eye. Is there anything about my application/personal statement that could be improved. Every day is a school day.

Perhaps they are considering you for another position? It would also be good to find out how can you do it better next time. I don’t think they would take the time to do go over your interview unless they want to offer you another position or you really did bad and they wanna help you for next time.

I was fired 3 months ago few days before the end of my trial period. The funniest thing about this was that all the time I had been told how great job im doing. That day my boss told me she dont have a time to tell me WHY but if Im interested, we can go on a Coffee someday and go through it. I was 5 minutes at the meeting and when I came back to my laptop I had all my accesses blocked. 😂😂😂 I have Done nothing against the rules. But if it is just an interview, you have nothing to lose :)
