I know someone from way back in college who has already jumped to six different companies in 5 years. He said na he really wants to get paid better as a licensed engineer. He’s the eldest of 3 siblings, while his parents’ business experienced financial difficulties during the pandemic and hasn’t really recovered fully. We have to admit, not all engineers are paid well here in the country despite having a license.
