It's true, but as many other things is not the same for every child. Some babies are more effected than others. If you have noticed a difference in sleep, that you can't relate to anything else as nothing has changed from the previous days, than most likely your baby is effected. Try drinking less, of drink coffee just in the morning (one cup only), and see how it goes. Babies sleep is important, consider dropping the coffee eventually.
