This is the problem when ppl come up with all different names for the same service. Russian manicure is really the type of manicure/prep not the whole service. On the TOP of russian mani you can get gel polish, gel overlays or extensions. This is either gel polish or overlays which only work with the natural nail length. Unfortunately with that they can only do what length they have there. For what it is. It's looks immaculate ✨
