Financial transparency (more than saying “hey we give 10% of your tithes to other ministries!” Or “here’s what we do with the money.” Churches that back it up with documents and numbers. Independent financial audits annually.

haven’t seen anything about having coffee so I’ll mention it here .. along with a lot of the good stuff being mentioned. 😅 jk, kinda .. but I am big on how they treat volunteers.

When the pastors express humility and their own faults as well instead of self righteousness ✅
