northern Mexico 🇲🇽 must be different than further south. My family was from Zacatecas, Mexico City & Guadalajara. As I posted I NEVER saw or ate a flour tortilla until I came to the USA. Maybe Monterey, Tijuana, Chihuahua, Sonora etc have a much higher mix of flour to corn. Taco bell is undoubtedly bad. My mention of it was cuz it was THE FIRST time I ever ate a flour tortilla after coming to the USA.
