Help! Anyone have a brow specialist in Houston they love? I’ve never had my eyebrows done so I don’t know what a good price range is or what color to pick or how my brows should be shaped or even what brow procedure I should get (for oily skin— powder brows, ombre, ..?) — if you have any recommendations of someone you’d feel confident in making the above decisions for you and don’t mind sharing her, it’d be greatly appreciated!
