Please ask ourselves why though. We are all sinners and the church is full of us. There is one reason only why we are failing, and there is only one way to fix it. If we all kneel down in front of Jesus seeking for forgiveness of what we are doing, He will heal. Human being can't do anything but fail. Pray that your whole church can come before the Lord, kneel down and pray, and you would have to be the very first person to do so as a leader no matter what has happened.
