Scotland isn’t an independent country, so 1. I also don’t count small territories that are member of UN like Vatican, Monaco, San Marino. (Only visited Vatican neighbourhood in Rome out of those three) On the other hand, there are 2 independent countries on the island of Cyprus: North Cyprus and South Cyprus even if UN incorrectly accepts only one of them as a member which I didn’t visit any of them.
