my non-negociables on a cut—
1. Focus on real, whole foods. Processed vs single origin make a huge difference in how you feel
2. Stop eating by 8pm at the LATEST. This gives your body time to digest as well as prevents late night snacking.
3. Even tho you will be eating a lot of protein, PRIORITIZE fiber and micronutrients
4. Stay in a 100-500 cal deficit. Slow and steady wins the race on this one.
5. Lift heavy weights + use cardio as a tool for the deficit 🏋🏼♀️🍗🥬🍚⚖️
