i don't understand why ppl believe you can achieve this in less than 6 months.
it takes YEARS to develop a body recomposition.
if it took you 5 years to gain the weight then it'll more than likely take you 5 years to SUSTAINABLY lose it.
(this honestly depends on so many things but this should be a general rule. it'll push you harder to stick to your goals and really experience the delayed gratification.)
