What have you done this week to support your mental health? I’ve started practising yoga again, just 15 minutes a day and what a difference it’s made to my mood. The sun has helped too!

Meee too. It’s so good. I reconnected with one of the old yoga teachers who sat with desikachar and krisnamanchari. He said ‘you’re a mother, that is a lot of yoga’ 🧘♀️ and I’ve learnt from him and my practise it’s not about the time it’s about the relationship with yourself - whole body breathing - being Mother Nature in Mother Nature 😍 Just delicious
