OK can someone explain to me what the heck happened to my friend and I last night We were driving south to SF and we were in between Sonoma County & Marin County — this car in front of us slowed down to 40 mph, and every time I went into another lane, they would go in front of us Then eventually they were next to us, talking on the phone, and proceeded to tailgate us and high beam us Mind you we were the only 2 cars on the road (11PM) then as soon as other cars caught up they backed off WTH?

I was the car in front, they kept high beams on, flashing headlights, were tailgating and following me in lane changes, backing off significantly then speeding up to do it all over again and again. Eventually they gave up and passed me. It was CHP.
