1) They are not afraid to say " I don't know" It is a clear sign of unresolved in Security. When someone is not willing to admit, I don’t know. Knowledge is vast and nobody knows everything let alone Yoga Teacher who has done 200 hours teacher training. Or 1200 for that matter. and also, when you admit, I don’t know, it is a sign of honesty under Teacher owes that sincere honesty to the sincere student.
