When I finish writing this new book, I will not forget that I did it with the phone off its usual silent mode while my kids were at school. Because I don’t ever want to miss their text. Because what if it’s their school next. Because what if the worst happens. Never written a book like this before. It’s not healthy for any of us. And this is the world we live in today.
