**Thursday (Strength):**
- Leg extension (3x12)
- Seated leg curls (3x12)
- Bulgarian split squats (3x10 each leg)
- Core: Bicycle crunches (3x20), Side planks (3x20 seconds each side)
- Stairmaster: 500 steps
