photographers forget that their clients are just regular people. i think thats the biggest problem in the photography industry. yes you are worth 10000% of what you charge, but photographers need to have more empathy and understand not everyone can afford them! im low income and even though im a photographer i understand why people cant just drop 100$+ on a photoshoot. alot of photographers 1 hours are my whole check

Wow. So many defensive photographers for triggered by this. There is literally an endless list of reasons why a business should be able to justify it's prices. So you think any successful business just thinks, "how much should we sell this for? I don't know let's just pluck a figure out the sky and roll with it" It's interesting how photographers arrive at their pricing because there's usually zero business plan behind it
