Everyone should occasionally play a gig in a small bar in front of 5 people who are completely indifferent to you but they say you're too loud but you're actually playing at half volume and you can't hear anything because if you turn up your monitor you will immediately render your front of house system useless because there's not even enough room to use your entire PA but you and your buddies still have a good time and you get paid and they give you free pizza and drinks. Stay humble.
