I get so confused when I see people post online saying they’ve applied to THOUSANDS of jobs. Even hundreds seems wild. Are all the jobs you’re applying for remote? Are you in an enormous city? Are you willing to relocate to anywhere? Do you have experience in dozens of fields? What am I missing here?

11 小時內	Elizabeth Toni Clair kiwljazz	I ve done lots of things .. a real estate license ...a background in non profit. And music...I can't even find that many jobs related to those things to apply to so I dunno ...slim pickings out here
13 小時內	this_isnt_gino	I think that there are a bunch of people who keep themselves out of work because they’re not willing to take roles that pay less or are less prestigious than their former role that didn’t work out. Also you have a ton of people who will only take remote work, which is not very abundant. Also, while people are out of work, that’s an opportunity to build an in-demand skillset. I’m not saying things are not difficult right now, but I think some people sabotage themselves from getting back to work.
