When I started traveling at 23, I wanted to become a travel influencer and visit every country. Six years & over 30 countries later, that goal has changed. After a while, you realize that many places look the same & many cultures are similar—unique but similar. Now, I’m more interested in volunteer tourism, exploring small villages and towns, embracing the sense of sonder, and learning multiple languages to better connect with the people I meet. Funny how things change in such a short time.
