Sometimes it is easier to tell somebody how/when/where/what /why it should be done? But when our turn approach we kinda freakout and feel offended when the others party tell you the how?why?what?when?and where? Like you used to tell them. So,instead be quiet and be there for them ..untill they ask for help....
