Does anybody else struggle to digest high amounts of protein? I’ve found it can make me feel sluggish/fatigued/bloated. This is across the board re protein type - lean meats, legumes, dairy, supplements etc, so I think it must be down to the amount. I know this is relative but I’m currently aiming for 100-120 grams. Any advice on how to improve this if any of you do also suffer? Gym Threads
