I recently had an interview at a reputable GLC in Selangor, and it left me with interview 'trauma'. I made it through a few stages, but the nightmare came at the last interview with the Director. Everything went without a hitch until she inquired about my family. When I told her how many children I had, she was genuinely startled. I feel that it is the reason I was turned down.
