Apparently, they can form a routine and stick to it. My ADHD self opens my contact case each night and then remembers I should brush my teeth before taking my contacts out and does that, then takes my contacts out, and now I have to blindly search for my glasses because I didn't get them to a secure location before I took out my contacts. And then I really have to think about what products I'm going to put on my face and in what order.

I heard neurotypical people wake up rested... I'd give almost anything to wake up rested. I also heard they can finish a 5 minute task in 5 minutes without getting side quests.
