Today we had to sent our sweet Ember on the journey across the rainbow bridge to be with her doggie brothers. She hadn’t been feeling great for a couple of weeks and lost weight. Decided to take her to the vet today to have her checked but I never imagined going home without her. She was pretty much in organ failure and there was nothing to be done. Couldn’t let my sweet girl suffer, had to sent her on a new adventure. My heart is broken, I miss her so, so much 💔 😭
