i haven’t been sleeping well, been losing and have lost my period for around 2-3 months. i’m wondering if it’s because i’ve been in a calorie deficit for too long

Sounds like high cortisol (adrenal fatigue) and chronic under eating which leads to metabolic damage (which makes losing weight harder since youre body believes your starving it keeps all food as fat storage “just incase”). If you continue like this your health will only decline. Menstration is youth. Cut caffeine, eat LOTS simple and complex carbs for energy mood hormonal stability. Lower fake intake.
