I've been breastfeeding one year, and in the last 6 months my hunger has become less urgent than it was in the newborn days. I think it's mostly because I've adjusted to eating more volume and especially more protein, and I have more time and bandwidth for cooking than I did in the first few months. I still love getting my money's worth at ayce sushi 🤣
