Agh I have my last long run of my training block planned for today and I've woke up with a banging headache and raw throat 🤒😷😭 Thinking a long run when I'm clearly already run down is just going to do me dirty 🥴 What's your best recovery tips to make sure this doesn't become a full blown cold?! 🥺🙏🏼 I'm thinking ginger and lemon shots, gargle with salt water and just take a full rest day and hope tomorrow is better 🥹 RunningThreads
