I really feel like to trying out protein powder cuz I get to hear a lot about using it in smoothies and everything so does anyone has any tips? I kinda wanna try from the brand Bloom? But I don’t know what taste on it I should have 🥲

2 小時內	Buff Barbie ♡ gilllifts	i love protein powder in a smoothie!!! sometimes my brother will just add some to milk and drink it like that, other times i’ll put some with milk and other ingredients and put it in the freezer for ice cream! lots of things you can do with protein powder
