I always have mixed feelings about making pesto with the left over basilico I have been growing all summer. However sad I am to purée her with the Pinoli, garlic and Parmigianno Reggiano… it’s fun to see how much she amounts to with all the love and attention over the months… a new record of 4 packed cups this year! #basilico #pesto #genovesebasilpesto #genovesebasilico
