Kerry Park in Queen Anne gives you a nice view of the Space needle, down town, and Mt Rainier all in one shot. I'd find a teryaki spot (Seattle has great hole in the wall teryaki). Check out a Mariners game if you can. There is the Seattle Art Museum. There is the Mohai Museum as well in s. Lake Union.
