Switch to Cardio in the AM and lifts at night. Pro-fasted targets fat and after eating during the day you have more energy for lifting. 3-4x I would recommend weights tho.

Fatigue. Plus you should just train abs the way you do other muscle groups, not daily. Would you train glutes daily?
