The first shot of wandas body focuses on her missing shoes. In Oz the slippers can only come off when the person who wears them dies. The missing shoes are a symbol to the darkhold and the power wanda weilded because it enabled her to transport to other worlds just as the slippers did with dorothy. The fact that the library card is put on her toe like a body tag is also a reference to that, i believe.
