I haven’t seen it happen, but I don’t think it’s in obtainable. My suggestion to you, when they put you in that student leadership role, know what you’re doing; read up on how to command formations; look into the regulation for your job s and be willing to help those that are struggling guide them; ultimately display your leadership qualities. I feel like I got a waiver from PVT-PV2 just for playing basketball in intramurals and displaying leadership qualities, because I was just as lost in the

There is no Waiver for E-3 to E4 😂..they gonna gas ⛽️ u till someone else tells u that truth..best u can do is focus on being Iron soldier and etc. so that way when you get to your first Duty station tryna get a waiver than wouldn’t be to hard. In Still in myself/ Active so i’m speaking from experience and not speculation.
