Reflection on improvisation in 2016 [1/3] It's interesting looking back—how certain movements rooted out of nowhere since the time I did not notice, and how certain momentum was long gone, that I am no longer able to recreate (maybe the hairstyle, yes.) When life speaks through muscles, seeing how different the way I move now, yet somehow echoing my past. Energy changes, but the channel hasn't.
