Bud come on, you’re a photographer, you know the answer to this. ProRaw images are exactly that - raw data, as in no filters no processing etc, only the raw data of light that the camera is capturing. The same way image styles can only be applied to jpegs on DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and not the actual raw images they produce.
