Discharge, sweat, wanting to feel fresh and comfortable. I'm taking birth control now to try and get my endometriosis in check. Sometimes I get bloody discharge as a side effect or if the birth control didn't take for some reason it can even be days or weeks of dark bloody discharge that looks like skid marks. And it's unpredictable so I'm not always going to wear panty liners. Hope that helped.

I’ll swap mid day if my activity requires an outfit change and sometimes the undies I have on don’t work with the next outfit. For instance, I go to work with a pair but after work I may go to BJJ and I’m selective about which pairs I wear to class because some so weird things in class. Or if we go out to eat and I change out of work clothes, I may need different ones to work well under my new outfit.

The more I learn about germophobes the harder I laugh at them tbh, what do you mean you think you're so dirty you have to change your underwear after not doing anything in them for 8 hours? Like I'll take your word for it you *you* might be that disgusting but I'm perfectly happy with 1 fresh pair a day

I often take more than one shower a day (gardening, exercise, it’s hot, I want to escape my children for 7 minutes…) and who is putting on anything but clean underwear after a shower?!?!
