Apparently the “double-tap” the bottom of the screen to bring up “Type to Siri” requires more than iOS 18. Maybe needs an Apple Intelligence capable iPhone? Anyone know the requirements? @parkerortolani @ChanceHMiller @gruber

Tell me you had to wait to install the iOS 18.1 beta before you could use your new iPhone on Friday without telling me you had to wait… lol I had to do it in a busy Apple Store :/ it took almost an hour to get past “Update Requested..” and ended up being “gone to the Apple Store to pick up our new iPhones” for nearly 3 hours 🤪
