Listen, I don't want to brag(yes I do) but my scale told me I'm at 534lbs today. For the never been obese folk(trolls who will say I'm fat, which, duh I have mirrors) I'm down from 596lbs. when I started really tracking and trying. Lfg! Weight loss journey

I spent most of my life between overweight and wtf are you doing to yourself… Take One day at a time and if you dont stick to every piece of your plan, give yourself the grace to accept you are human and soldier on. No blame. No shame. Those behaviors dont help. They only make things harder.
