I feel this. I somehow felt the pressure to be a “perfect Christian”, that I shouldn’t have any struggles in my life and without absolutely no compromise. This hindered my life (not make friends with unbelievers, not become close to others so I don’t reveal my shortcomings). I realized that wasn’t what God wanted. I was living like a Pharisee, putting my worth in how “good” I was. But I realized God is gracious. I’m flawed and will be until heaven. All I can do is point others to Christ.
