[ADHD & time] Before I was dx’d with ADHD at age 34… no matter where I lived in the country or which city, I thought it took 15 minutes to get anywhere. “I’m at Navy Pier in Chicago. You want to meet at IKEA in Schaumburg during rush hour? No problem! See you in 15!” 🤦🏼‍♀️ (actual ETA: 44min). Google maps & GPS, etc. has really improved this problem for us!!
