Everyone is talking about the camera angle but it’s a deer cam. Those are set up to catch movement. His is obviously set up to track gators and possible trespassers looking to fish (I assume they fish where gators are as well). It’s not like the guy set up the camera and through a dog in the water. Assumptions are wild.
