Let’s talk surgically induced menopause from radical hysto at 49. It’s not fun 😞. I left hospital 2.5 weeks ago on 1 mg of estrogen. Two days ago acne shows up on my chin and all of my muscles are so sore and fatigued. Clearly my body is not happy and likely missing progesterone and testosterone. Combing through all the bioidentical hormone research is exhausting.

2 天內	Randi wildrosequilter	Mine was at age 39. Went into days on days of migraines, which I always had, but usually around my period. Was having them more days than not. It was not fun. My husband took me to see my gyno and he gave me an injection of estrogen, on top of what I was taking. My head started feeling better on the way home. Hormones are no joke. Hope you get it settled out soon.
